Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise supporting data analytics and automation projects.
  • •Develop and maintain data analytics and automation initiatives, including data pre-processing, analysis, updates, and reporting.
  • •Design and document workflows and recommend improvements to operational effectiveness.
  • •Drive operational excellence through process review, identifying bottlenecks and risks, and mitigating/resolving issues.
  • •Interface with onsite teams and translate technical concepts to business audiences while managing multiple scheduled and/or ad-hoc tasks.

  • •Advanced Tableau, Alteryx, and Python experience with strong data analytics, mining, manipulation, aggregation, integration, and reporting skills.

  • •Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques is a plus.
