Manage and support data analytics and automation initiatives for Global Markets Business Controls within GBS India. You’ll guide direct reports and partner with onsite teams while handling end-to-end process understanding. Responsibilities include designing and documenting workflows, driving operational excellence through process review, and delivering tabular/visual reporting outcomes using advanced analytics tools. You’ll also use data preprocessing, mining, manipulation, aggregation, integration, and reporting to identify anomalies and improve controls.
