Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.
  • •Review and update online learning modules to reflect regulatory, policy, and business changes.
  • •Adapt Group training content to meet local regulatory requirements and business needs.
  • •Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.
  • •Create compliance communications, maintain training records, monitor completion, and support compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • •Experience designing and developing online learning content, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
  • •Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
  • •A degree and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent training qualification.
  • •Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to translate complex information into practical learning experiences.
