Key Responsibilities

•Conduct testing, adjusting and balancing to achieve proper operation of HVAC systems for institutional clients.
•Lead and supervise younger staff; manage quality control of deliverables.
•Drive the project pipeline; follow up on outstanding proposals and scheduling manpower for projects.
•Engage with clients to schedule manpower and coordinate field activities.
•Perform pre-commissioning activities to confirm installation per contract documents and owner specifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000 annually
