Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual building surveying commissions, including project management and contract administration.
  • •Develop business with existing clients and confidently win new work.
  • •Manage service delivery, continuous improvement, and compliance with QSE procedures.
  • •Establish client briefs, set appropriate fees, control costs through completion, and manage financial/commercial/risk aspects from inception to completion.
  • •Mentor and develop graduate building surveyors and other team members, including overseeing production of drawings, specifications, and tender documents and conducting construction monitoring and snagging assessments.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
  • •Chartered Status Holder.
  • •Sound technical ability for advisory and project disciplines within building surveying.
  • •Strong JCT administration experience.
  • •Experience in all core Building Surveying work areas, especially design and project management, and ability to mentor team members.
