Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing
  • •Conduct clinician interviews and evaluate candidates against rubrics for clinical, behavioral, and operational fit
  • •Keep clinicians informed and engaged at each touchpoint to deliver a 5-star candidate experience
  • •Manage your portion of the recruitment pipeline in the applicant tracking system, keeping stages, notes, and statuses current
  • •Coordinate with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates smoothly at each pipeline stage (e.g., offer, onboarding)

Key Requirements

  • •Warm, personable communication that helps clinicians feel heard and valued in every conversation
  • •Ability to assess clinical, behavioral, and operational fit using judgment and resume/interview signals
  • •Strong organizational skills to keep candidate data, notes, and follow-ups accurate and timely
  • •Flexibility to handle a fast-paced environment with back-to-back interviews and shifting priorities
  • •Experience managing recruiting stages and pipeline information in an applicant tracking system
