Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities in the project.
  • •Conduct pre-task talks and ensure lifting operations follow the Lifting Operators Manual and Lifting Plan.
  • •Ensure lifting equipment and lifting gears are valid, operational, and checked using prescribed checklists.
  • •Conduct area inspections and set up barricades/at-lifting-area safety measures before lifts.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, contribute to incident reporting/resolution, and perform minor maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience in lifting operations.
  • •3 years of relevant lifting working experience.
  • •In-depth expertise in structural discipline and related disciplines.
  • •Strong knowledge of load charts, lifting jibs/clamps, and load angles, including safe usages.
  • •LEEA Certified L2; AUTOCAD L2 and heavy lifting risk assessment/technical documentation competencies are required.
