Design and optimize high-speed interface buffer chips for DDR/LP5/5X/6 and chiplet I/Os using the latest FinFET process nodes. Own receiver and analog-front-end circuitry (CTLE, VGA, DFE, slicers), transmitter architectures, and performance targets covering sensitivity, linearity, power, and reliability. Collaborate with the chip team, oversee layout impact on parasitics/variation, run simulations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver design reports.

•Develop circuit architectures to address bottlenecks and improve power, area, and performance targets.

•Strong knowledge of analog receiver and transmitter circuits (e.g., CTLE, DFE, FEE, FIR filter, slew rate control).
