  • •Own and manage complex calendars across two senior leaders, multiple time zones, and internal/external partners.
  • •Coordinate logistics for senior-level meetings, leadership forums, offsites, town halls, and external engagements; prepare briefing materials and presentations.
  • •Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare, review, and submit expense reports with accuracy and policy compliance.
  • •Oversee vendor management and financial operations, including onboarding, statements of work, invoice submissions, payment tracking, and budget updates using internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience providing executive-level administrative support, including support for multiple senior leaders.
