Senior Engineer, IAM

Build and evolve backend systems powering Postman’s Identity and Access Management platform, from authentication and session management to access control and service accounts. Own projects end to end—driving requirements, technical design, implementation, rollout, and production support—while improving reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, lead execution for small project teams when needed, and participate in debugging and incident response to deliver production-quality outcomes.
