Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines, semantic layers, and data products for analytical, operational, and AI use cases.
  • •Lead scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud-native data solutions for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • •Own end-to-end data product development from source integration through ingestion, transformation, modeling, and delivery through consumption layers.
  • •Establish enterprise data quality frameworks, observability/monitoring, alerting, and governance practices, including security controls and compliance requirements.
  • •Provide technical mentorship through architecture and code reviews, influence engineering standards and culture, and partner with Product, Architects, Data Scientists, Analysts, and stakeholders on roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, or Big Data development.
  • •Proven ability to design, build, and operate large-scale data platforms, modern data warehouses, and cloud-native data ecosystems.
  • •Expert proficiency in SQL, with advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java and strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Experience leading highly complex initiatives through production deployment and operationalization, including mentoring engineers in architecture and engineering excellence.
