•Perform clerical duties in support of consumer loan servicing, maintaining loan files and records.
•Enter customer payments into the computer and ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and company policies.

•Activate ACH per customer requests and update account corrections such as address changes.
•Research customer requests (e.g., copies of payments) and correct entries; board loans to the system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
