Delivery Project Manager - Hotel Assets (DEL 5)

Oversee delivery of major hotel construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery and adherence to quality standards. Lead site-based coordination with supervision consultants, contractors, architects, and government entities to maintain compliance. Own project planning, budgets, risk identification and mitigation, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases and run post-project evaluations to improve future delivery.
