Mobile Service Technician, Mission Viejo *New Site Opening*

Provide field repairs for Lucid vehicles while supporting the new Service Center in Mission Viejo. Diagnose, maintain, and repair EV systems using documented repair processes, and work with clients to deliver a world-class ownership experience. Handle service-advisor and parts tasks such as ordering, returns, inventory, invoicing, and payment collection, while using Microsoft Office and a DMS to document vehicle interactions. Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
