Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field while traveling to client locations
  • •Function as a Service Advisor and handle parts duties such as ordering, returns, and inventory management
  • •Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes to ascertain primary concerns and plan diagnosis and repair
  • •Invoice and collect payment, support customer service tasks, and update clients on repair status

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; ASE certifications expected within 6-8 months of hire
