Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning through coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain supervisory staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and ensuring progression path training and certification processes.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement while directing the team to meet performance metrics for quality, production, cost, and compliance with health & safety and loss prevention guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
