Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coordinate, and assist day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and establishing annual manufacturing budgets and corrective action plans based on cost variances.
  • •Manage Shift Managers across Coating, Finishing, Shipping, and Material Handling to implement and administer company policies.
  • •Support the development and implementation of Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, Cost, and Continuous Improvement/ELS initiatives.
  • •Mentor and coach direct reports; support performance management, SMART objective setting, and employee development.
  • •Act as safety champion by modeling appropriate behavior, conducting accident investigations, and supporting return-to-work restrictions with Occupational Health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •6+ years of Operations/Manufacturing experience with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

  • •Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, continuous flow, cellular).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and key manufacturing drivers, with strong organization, communication, and execution skills.
