Job Summary

Lead and coordinate the Software Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) across the development program, driving technical execution, milestones, and compliance with performance requirements. Manage cross-functional collaboration, risk and opportunity management, and customer communication. This onsite role in McKinney, TX requires active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and travel around 10%.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
•Report business metrics to program and functional leadership including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
•Provide the technical execution leadership required to design, develop, integrate & test, verify, qualify and deliver a system that complies with performance requirements.
•Communicate both to Raytheon leadership and the customer community to provide program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed.
•As a member of the Program Leadership Team, contribute to developing and aligning on common program vision and execution strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams within the Defense Industry that includes two or more disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management).
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or Risk and Opportunity Management.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
•Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
