Pipeline Controller - SCADA Operator

Operate pipelines remotely from the control center using Plains’ SCADA system. Monitor pressures, flow, temperature, and tank levels, respond to alarms, and coordinate communications with other pipeline controllers, supervisors, field personnel, and schedulers. Maintain pipeline operations within guidelines, complete required paperwork and logs, complete required training (including DOT Operator Qualification), and handle emergency shutdowns and incident documentation.
