Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze client needs and suggest solutions, designing and configuring tailored Odoo workflows to improve efficiency.
  • •Implement the agreed solutions, including configurations and developments.
  • •Train and coach accounting firm and advisory clients/socios to become Odoo experts.
  • •Manage projects (45%), supervise timelines/status, and keep track of ongoing tasks and Odoo updates.
  • •Provide internal improvement (55%) by delivering feedback to Product Owners, running coaching/training, and supporting localization and events/formations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year working in accounting firms or finance departments in Spain.
  • •Experience with accounting and tax processes in companies.
  • •Valid work permit for Spain.
  • •Advanced English and Spanish (C1–C2).
  • •Quick learning, strong negotiation and communication skills; autonomous, assertive, and proactive.
