Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and consultations related to workforce reductions, administrative hearings, negotiations, separations, and settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage compliance in offboarding activities and audits, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • •Serve as first-level escalation/resource for employee relations cases and drive process improvements, automation, and product development to enhance customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment laws/regulations, research complex HR issues, and translate findings into usable resources and client recommendations.
  • •Strong written and spoken English proficiency, with additional languages considered a plus.
