Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and portfolio management across modules and business units.
  • •Partner with enterprise and IT leadership to define a multi-year vision for evolving ServiceNow with AI capabilities.
  • •Serve as primary product leader across the enterprise, translating service delivery needs into cohesive platform strategy and balancing business unit demands.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of ITSM capabilities (incident, problem, change, asset management) and optimize IT Helpdesk experiences and service level metrics.
  • •Lead expansion into HR service delivery, build and mentor product teams, and partner with engineering on governance, integrations, release management, and ServiceNow vendor relationship inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ product management experience (or equivalent combinations such as 8 years with a master’s, 5 years with a Ph.D., or 14 years).
  • •5+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role, building and leading product teams.
  • •Deep expertise in ITSM and ESM (Employee Service Management), including service delivery frameworks such as ITIL and SLA/OLA management.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise platform transformations (3,000+ users).
  • •Strong background in enterprise SaaS, IT service delivery and business process automation, including integrations/APIs and governance/compliance/security considerations.
