Job Summary

Lead and scale the SMB customer success function at Overjet, hiring and guiding a team of SMB Customer Success Managers to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. •Retention & expansion targets: Hit, beat, and raise monthly and quarterly targets for net revenue retention, churn reduction, and expansion revenue.
•Team leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing customer success team; set goals and foster a collaborative culture.
•Customer success strategy & playbook: Develop strategies aligned with product adoption milestones; define segmentation, engagement models, and risk mitigation for the SMB segment.
•Customer success execution: Manage post-sale journey from onboarding to renewal/expansion; monitor health scores and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
•Collaboration and reporting: Work with sales, product, and marketing; prepare retention forecasts and health score reports for senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years in customer success or account management with at least 2 years in a managerial role

•Experience developing and implementing customer success strategies, onboarding programs, health scoring, and lifecycle engagement
