  • •Learn and apply Natera products, services, processes, policies, and competitor and payer/reimbursement landscape knowledge.
  • •Achieve sales objectives by creating and executing a strategic territory plan, driving revenue and expense management.
  • •Develop and maintain KOL relationships and build partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.
  • •Execute sales strategies and tactics, including daily sales activity, new account acquisition, and retaining and growing existing customers.
  • •Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) and coordinate cross-functionally to drive successful attainment of goals and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in oncology or diagnostic sales.
  • •Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement.
  • •Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and strong written and oral communications skills.
  • •Ability to work independently as a self-starter and use business analysis to drive results.
  • •Travel within the territory as required (up to 50%–75%).
