Senior Data Scientist

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that improve ad targeting, ranking, and bidding optimization for Mastercard’s commerce media and AdTech. Develop large-scale personalization, recommendation, and attribution systems, and lead incrementality measurement using lift and causal inference. Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate objectives into production-ready data science solutions, optimizing for accuracy, latency, scalability, and experimentation outcomes.
