Job Summary

Translate nuclear programs into executable, deployable reactor systems by coordinating across engineering, operations, licensing, and deployment teams. Serve as a technical interface with regulators, partners, and stakeholders, aligning nuclear safety, compliance, and operational requirements for deployment, startup, and commissioning. Lead safety management program implementation, identify cross-functional gaps and risks, and develop site-specific approaches for infrastructure, facilities, and supporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with regulators, partners, and stakeholders to represent Antares’ nuclear approach and answer technical questions.
•Develop and implement Safety Management Programs.
•Align nuclear safety, compliance, and operational programs to ensure reactor readiness for deployment and startup.
•Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, operations, licensing, and deployment) to deliver cohesive reactor execution.
•Translate technical, regulatory, and operational requirements into site-level implementation plans and support deployments with clearly defined, achievable technical requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (nuclear, mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or related field).
•4+ years of experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated technical environments.
•Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while connecting technical, regulatory, and operational requirements into executable plans.
•Experience supporting reactor operations, startup, commissioning, or deployment, with familiarity with nuclear safety and compliance programs.
•Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulators and customers.
