Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Traded Risk scenario SME within the Stress Testing team and collaborate with business partners to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • •Conduct scenario analysis to support regulatory stress testing exercises (PRA BCST, GIST, CCAR, RST, CBES) and ad hoc requests.
  • •Develop, enhance, and govern analytical tools and models, addressing Independent Model Review findings and improving model ratings.
  • •Formulate and present analytical materials for Review and Challenge forums, clearly articulating model design, assumptions, and outputs.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to deliver business intelligence, drive operational efficiency, and standardize/simplify processes while tracking effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA with bachelor’s in engineering, or a master’s in economics, with relevant analytics experience.
  • •5+ years professional experience in financial services or consulting, with analytics experience in banking risk, stress testing, and forecasting.
  • •Strong understanding of macroeconomic concepts and linkages to financial markets.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and deploying analytical, financial, statistical, and/or machine learning models.
  • •Strong financial modeling and advanced analytics tool proficiency (e.g., R, Python), plus ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of finance systems.
