Job Summary

Support Thales’ PMO team with project backoffice and governance activities, including maintaining project documentation, status reports, and KPI dashboards. Assist in schedule and progress tracking using Oracle Primavera P6 and support financial and revenue backoffice in Oracle OCM. Help extract data for weekly/monthly portfolio reporting and build visual dashboards to monitor cost center health and delivery metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain project documentation, status reports, and KPI dashboards; assist in tracking team workloads and updating resource allocation logs.
•Streamline PMO templates, guidelines, and internal knowledge repositories to support governance activities.
•Update project structures (WBS), milestones, and progress within Oracle Primavera P6 alongside PMO analysts and project managers.
•Support project financial administration, revenue management, and cost control tracking within Oracle OCM, including routine data validation between schedules and forecasting tools.
•Extract data from P6 and Oracle OCM to build weekly/monthly portfolio reports and contribute to visual dashboards tracking delivery metrics and cost center health.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Strong command of the MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data formulas) being essential.
•Ability to learn enterprise PMO tools quickly, including Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle OCM (Power BI highly valued).
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a sharp eye for spotting data discrepancies in financial or scheduling reports.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills, with clear written and verbal communication to collaborate with stakeholders.
