  • •Scale and improve risk data infrastructure so regional teams can analyze metrics at granular levels to identify and mitigate risk drivers.
  • •Build metrics to monitor control performance and support control testing processes.
  • •Analyze control efficiency to confirm controls reduce risk without negatively impacting growth.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, product risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to influence regional control decisions using data.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6+ years of experience with a strong analytical mindset and product intuition in the banking/financial industry.
  • •Technical proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, plus experience using BI tools.
  • •Experience working with technical teams such as PMs, engineers, and analysts.
  • •Ability to operate in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
  • •Understanding of events data and experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar tools.
