Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter production and maintenance data into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP with timely and accurate data entry.
  • •Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
  • •Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
  • •Compile and write production reports and detailed production sheets/work tickets from orders, specifications, and production data for use by production workers.
  • •Monitor equipment requiring maintenance by creating evacuation work orders, coordinating transfers to the repair shop, and ensuring proper receipt once repairs are completed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •Must have GCSS-A experience (GCSS-A Certification).
  • •2-3 years production control experience.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC; pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Must be proficient with Microsoft Office skills and able to obtain/maintain Common Access Card (CAC).
