Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction for agent-driven financial audit experiences and make architectural decisions balancing autonomy, reliability, and auditability
  • •Own the most complex engineering problems on the team and drive them to resolution with minimal handholding
  • •Design and build agent-driven workflows from scratch, determining where AI autonomy is appropriate versus where human judgment stays in the loop
  • •Collaborate with product and design to shape what we build and contribute technical perspective to roadmap discussions
  • •Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem solving, while helping raise the bar as the team scales

  • •5+ years as a full-stack software engineer with a track record delivering large, complex projects
