•Onboard counterparts and liaise with relevant teams to onboard new clients for repo financing transactions
•Maintain awareness of regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines to ensure operations are compliant and within credit limits
•Onboard counterparties and build relationships to enter repo/financing transactions and drive new business initiatives
•Help deliver more structured transactions as product capability develops
•Hit ambitious revenue targets by developing the client base and expanding the desk’s business with clients
