Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end finance function for your business remit, ensuring finance operations are accurate, efficient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a fast-growing business.
•Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls to support growth, strengthen governance, and improve ways of working.
•Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders and business stakeholders, embedding finance into day-to-day decision-making and longer-term planning.
•Create accurate, well-considered, and business-owned budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, including P&L, cash flow, and working capital projections.
•Analyse financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide clear insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
