Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning process, developing detailed schedules, allocating resources, and defining timelines aligned to company goals.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues with effective coordination and communication.
  • •Oversee resource allocation and utilization, forecasting resource needs and adjusting plans to support project success.
  • •Monitor planning activities and KPIs, preparing and delivering reports to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Provide leadership to junior planners, recommend improvements to planning processes, and act as a key stakeholder point of contact for planning progress and changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specializing in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software, with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • •Proficient in planning tools such as MS Project and Excel for project tracking and reporting.
  • •Strong background in planning, project management, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field preferred (nuclear experience desirable, not required).
