Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver revenue growth by originating new executive and specialist hiring propositions.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of retained and contingent Specialist Recruitment assignments and ensure high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to client needs.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, setting performance expectations and coaching consultants on search strategy and delivery.
  • •Operate as a trusted advisor to support hiring strategy, market insight, talent mapping, and strategic search planning.
  • •Own pricing, deal structuring, and commercial models for search engagements to maintain profit margins and cost discipline.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in senior/specialist recruitment or executive search, specifically within the Insurance industry.
  • •Track record of revenue generation through client business development, client expansion, and cross-selling recruitment services or solutions.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage deals end to end (360), including oversight of delivery functions.
  • •Ability to operate effectively at C-suite and senior stakeholder level.
  • •Experience building and leading high-performing teams over time.
