You will oversee trade lifecycle events, perform data validation and reporting, resolve issues within risk tolerances, and contribute to standardized processes and SLA delivery across global Middle Office and Front Office teams.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Execute daily BAU derivative trade management activities to a high standard, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to defined SLAs.
•Ensure all processes are performed in line with established policies, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements, escalating exceptions where risk thresholds are breached.
•Perform control checks on trade booking and lifecycle events, validating alignment to approved terms and maintaining strong audit trails.
•Manage non-economic trade updates (e.g., CUSIP/ISIN changes), ensuring data integrity and accurate downstream reporting, including TTR support.
•Run and oversee overnight MO/BO processes, validating outputs, investigating breaks, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of the derivative trade lifecycle and Middle Office BAU processes.
•Experience operating within a controlled environment with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
•Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive BAU activities with accuracy and discipline.
•Experience with trade validation, control checks, and operational reporting.
•Advanced Excel skills, including VBA development, and strong MI/reporting capability.
