Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage home office estimating across Boeing Government Estimating sites, standardizing processes for managing, reporting, and updating bulks.
  • •Maintain bulks for Boeing Defense Services and Boeing Global Services–Government Accounting Business Units and manage bulk development/maintenance updates.
  • •Serve as primary liaison to Enterprise Financial Services, ABUs, and BDS/BGS-G sites to manage allocated costs and maintain a compliant estimating system.
  • •Defend, negotiate, and support audits of bulk factors with DCMA and DCAA; prepare corrective action responses and corrective actions.
  • •Partner with Programs, Accounting, Cost Policy and Rates to align accounting changes and ensure pricing models and tools match disclosure statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •3+ years of experience in a finance-related position (e.g., financial operations, cost management, estimating, financial planning, contracts, or procurement financial analysis).
  • •Experience improving ways of working and streamlining processes.
  • •Experience leading teams, including managing assignments, tracking status, and developing talent.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
