Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using technology; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues, determine root cause and corrective actions faster using data from multiple makes and models.
  • •Follow safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors (including traveling to customer job sites when required).
  • •Maintain complete, timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed; assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/know schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
