Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-controlled processes on the automatic plating line (Siemens, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults in variable-speed drives (VFD/Inverters) for conveyor, hoist, and pump motors.
  • •Maintain, calibrate, and replace industrial sensors — proximity, temperature, level, flow, and encoder types.
  • •Operate and manage SCADA/HMI interfaces; update PLC programs and parameters as required.
  • •Coordinate with equipment vendors and system integrators for upgrades, spare parts, and technical support

Key Requirements

  • •PLC programming & troubleshooting – Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7, Mitsubishi GX Works or equivalent
  • •AC/DC Variable Frequency Drives – Siemens, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, ABB or equivalent
  • •Industrial sensors – proximity, temperature, level, flow and encoder types
  • •HMI / SCADA operation and basic configuration (Weintek, Siemens, Proface or similar)
  • •Motor control circuits – DOL, Star-Delta, and VFD-driven systems; DC rectifier systems in electroplating as a strong advantage
