Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Nigeria and the region.
  • •Build and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Nigerian banks, fintechs, and large corporates.
  • •Develop and manage a USDt integration pipeline across the Nigerian payment ecosystem.
  • •Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies, using market research and competitive analysis.
  • •Manage relationships with regulators and represent the company at key meetings and industry events.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, culture, and regulations across blockchain, fintech, finance, remittances, and payments.
  • •7–10 years of work experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, and/or payment infrastructures; telecom or banking experience is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and a degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with partners, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience building partnerships, monitoring KPIs, and delivering business growth.
