Job Summary

Provide commercially focused legal counsel to support Dell’s UK business across Employment, Litigation, Compliance, and consumer-facing operations. Partner with HR, compliance, and leadership teams to align strategy, identify and mitigate legal risks, and enable business objectives. Lead employment-related legal support (including investigations) and coordinate dispute resolution matters, while delivering practical consumer protection guidance for Retail and Marketplace within Dell’s International Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead legal support for UK HR matters, including employee relations, workplace policies, investigations, and employment-related risk management.
•Manage and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution matters with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
•Advise on compliance and regulatory requirements to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
•Support the UK Consumer business (Retail and Marketplace) with practical legal guidance on consumer protection and operations.
•Partner with business, HR, compliance, and regional/global leadership teams to enable strategic objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 123,420 - 159,720

Key Requirements

•Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 9+ years relevant experience, on-site in London (Creechurch and/or Chiswick).
•Provide pragmatic, proactive, business-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
•Background in employment law and experience supporting HR functions.
•Experience in consumer protection advice, including pricing, promotions and marketing.
•Strong risk assessment and mitigation mindset, with comfort taking decisive actions with limited information.
