Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead legal support for UK HR matters, including employee relations, workplace policies, investigations, and employment risk management.
  • •Manage and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution matters with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.
  • •Provide advice on compliance and regulatory requirements to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
  • •Support the UK Consumer business (Retail and Marketplace) with practical legal guidance on consumer protection and operations.
  • •Partner with HR, compliance, regional and global leadership teams to enable strategic objectives with a business-oriented risk approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • •On-site in London (Creechurch and/or Chiswick).
  • •Proven ability to provide pragmatic, proactive, business-focused legal advice and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • •Background in employment law and experience supporting HR functions.
  • •Experience providing consumer protection advice, including pricing, promotions and marketing.
