Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coach sales associates to improve selling skills, close sales, and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • •Drive sales for an assigned category by partnering on sell-through and training the team on category knowledge.
  • •Lead a high-performing customer-facing team by providing feedback and ensuring customers receive the full Burberry Experience.
  • •Manage customer flow and service standards so no client is left unattended; coach in the moment after transactions and interactions.
  • •In the absence of store management, process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales, and assist with opening/closing and escalation handling as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • •1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

  • •Ability to use a fluent, professional dialogue with customers and staff.
  • •Comfort using Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
