Operations Supervisor

Supervise one or more production lines under the direction of the Product Manager for Cookie Production, ensuring required volume is met with quality, cost, and safe work procedures. Coordinate daily operations to manage production flow and support safety and quality objectives, lead initiatives tied to operational safety, and monitor food safety compliance. Coach and develop hourly employees, manage reporting and inventory measurements, and drive continuous improvement using facilitation and coaching.
