Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, communicate, and ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and work instructions across manufacturing processes.
  • •Lead cross-functional continuous improvement, remediation, and root-cause analysis using quality tools and processes (A3, 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, etc.).
  • •Evaluate and rectify in-process rejections, drive dispositioning, containment, and corrective and preventative action to ensure product performance.
  • •Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) including analysis, monitoring, and reporting to improve reliability and inspection efficiency.
  • •Support external customer issue resolution and quality activities, and maintain the quality management system through Eaton QMS implementation, ISO 9001 audits, and regular reviews.

Salary: USD 99,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of QUALITY experience in an Engineering or Science function.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics engineering.
  • •Preferred: Ability to develop quality procedures and quality management systems.
