Employee Relations Partner (Japanese/Korean Speaking) - APAC

Own and resolve complex employee relations (ER) cases across APAC, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance concerns, redundancies, and complex absences. Conduct independent investigations, analyze evidence, and deliver well-documented investigative conclusions and case reports. Advise regional businesses on disciplinary and warning actions, interpret policy, and help leaders make consistent ER decisions through training, documentation, and trend-based corrective actions.
