Job Summary

Provide in-person client service at a branch by welcoming new and existing customers, handling account transactions, and resolving servicing issues with accuracy and professionalism. Listen for clients’ financial wellness needs during conversations and transition them to a banker for deeper guidance. Support product and policy knowledge, comply with audit/security procedures, balance cash drawers, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including Saturday shifts as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide efficient, accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
•Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
•Conduct client conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and transition clients to a banker.
•Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools and educate on available banking access channels (e.g., ATM, online, telephone).
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining product guide knowledge.

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience in a client service role (required).
