Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Lead and support daily retail operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system management, and stock room management.
  • •Coordinate with the Store Manager to delegate and prioritize tasks across all teams for timely completion of daily responsibilities.
  • •Oversee pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
