Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of complex global client projects, from strategic direction through rollout and handover. Manage 5–10 concurrent initiatives (6 months to 2 years) involving POS, marketplace e-commerce, and card issuing program rollouts. Collaborate with clients, internal product/technical teams, and third-party integration partners to ensure smooth deployments on the Adyen platform, while driving communication, configuration verification, and scalable business-as-usual processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish to ensure clients are fully prepared to roll out Adyen’s solution.
•Manage 5–10 projects at any given time, with project durations ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
•Collaborate closely with clients’ project and technical teams, and third parties such as technical integration partners, to ensure smooth rollouts.
•Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage and communicate progress effectively.
•Provide guidance on Adyen’s product and advise on solutions that best fit clients’ business needs, including delivering client feedback and ensuring successful handovers.

•Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to international time constraints.
•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally where required.
