Store Manager

Lead day-to-day operations of a rental facility, driving sales and profitability while managing expense and payroll budgets. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store policies and procedures, and ensure a positive, professional, and safe workplace. Serve as a proactive customer problem-solver, representing the store and brand. Develop associates at all levels, train team members on inventory guidelines and techniques, and support continuous improvement through facility and yard product knowledge.
