Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the asset and logistics team to manage day-to-day IDC operations and act as the operational escalation point.
  • •Perform regional asset management workflows and influence cross-functional teams on process gaps and improvements.
  • •Perform asset operations including inbound, transfers, stock distribution, RMA, and decommission at the data center.
  • •Support last-mile delivery involving integrators, data centers, and warehouses, facilitating communications with LSPs and suppliers.
  • •Collaborate with datacenter operations, engineering, network, security, and platform teams to implement changes, maintain asset accuracy, report incidents, and analyze record discrepancies; support audits and cycle counts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a technical or business field.
  • •3+ years of data center and infrastructure experience or supply chain and logistics experience.
  • •Experience managing a team.
  • •Ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations and across geographies.
  • •Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
