Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
  • •Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
  • •Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
  • •Drive talent strategy, including succession planning, skill development, and equitable opportunities; mentor engineers.
  • •Lead craftsmanship and ensure availability, resilience, and scalability, including deploying applications into AWS environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 7 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
