Key Requirements

  • •Shipped full-stack apps to production and owned them end-to-end across frontend, backend, deployment, and operations.
  • •5+ years shipping production software and 2+ years building with LLMs in production with real users.
  • •Hands-on experience with generative/agent-driven UI protocols, including building against UI protocol APIs (e.g., A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI).
  • •Proficiency across the AI spine: prompt/context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evals, and MCP using Python plus TypeScript/Node and React; comfortable with async, streaming, and observability.
  • •Working fluency with retrieval/embeddings and SQL; optionally experience with fine-tuning/distillation and e-commerce/marketplace systems (nice to have).
